GYTA43 optical cable consists of single-mode or multimode optical fibers which are protected by loose tubes. Loose tubes are made of high modulus plastic and filled with compound to protect the optical fibers. Loose tubes (and filler rod) are stranded around the single metallic central strength member to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gap in the cable core is fully filled with water blocking compound. Aluminum-plastic composite tape and steel wire armor with Large Diameter which provides the cable compressive property.
