GYDTA53 optical cable consists of Ribbon Optical fibers which are protected by loose tubes. Loose tubes are made of high modulus plastic and filled with compound to protect the optical fibers. Loose tubes (and filler rod) are stranded around the single metallic central strength member to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gap in the cable core is fully filled with water blocking compound. Double-layer metal tape with a double-layer sheath, which has excellent lateral pressure resistance and the ability to prevent gunshot and rodent damage.
