
GYTA333 optical cable consists of Optical fibers which are protected by loose tubes. Loose tubes are made of high modulus plastic and filled with compound to protect the optical fibers. Loose tubes (and filler rod) are stranded around the single metallic central strength member to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gap in the cable core is fully filled with water blocking compound. Double layer steel wire armor ensures mechanical compression resistance, bulletproof, and meets the requirements of underwater laying. Strict process and raw material control ensure stable operation of optical cables for over 30 years.
