The optical fibers of the central tube type air blown micro cable are placed into a loose tube made of high modulus material, with non-toxic and harmless waterproof compound filled. Strength member aramid yarn is laid outside the loose tube to provide necessary tensile strength, and then extruding a low friction coefficient sheath. The optical cable is small in size, light in weight and with moderate hardness. It is used as the incoming optical cable of distribution section in FTTH network, and air blowing method is used to connect the branch point of optical cable and the user access point. It is also application in backbone network, metropolitan area network and access network.
